Werner and Anita Klenert took over the restaurant, the former castle courtyard, in 1993.

The restaurant is the result of extensive conversions.

"Klenerts"- light and friendly. The newly designed patio along the old castle walls stages the exposed view of Karlsruhe and its surroundings.
